    A2Z Property Management (Plymouth) Ltd is responsible for looking after a large portfolio of Freehold properties in the Plymouth and surrounding areas on behalf of our clients.  One of the main activities we undertake is the management of their maintenance requirements.  This can range from scheduled painting of the communal areas, gardening, cleaning, all the way through to a full roof replacement and even complete re-rending of buildings and much much more !.

    • 24/7 access to our on-line portal, which will enable you to view available jobs and those that have been assigned to you.
    • The possibility of dealing with just one management company for all your work requirements.
    • Automatic notification by email (text messaging to be introduced at a later date) of new jobs / projects posted in your chosen category.
    • The facility to respond on-line or ask questions direct to the client or the management company.
    • Automatic notification that a job has been assigned to you. (That particular job can then no longer be seen by any other contractor).
    • On completion of works, guaranteed payment will be made by the management company within 7 working days. (With the exception of works carried out under an insurance claim and in that instance, the payment terms will be negotiated between all parties concerned).

      Fees:

    • We charge a one off Registration fee of 25.00 GBP (Via PayPal), However, unlike many other management companies / letting agencies, we only charge an 8% commission fee on completion of a particular job and this will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis.

      Step 4 - Notification (within 24 hours Monday - Friday) of account details and user instructions.
